Adsense Mambot 2.2 user manual and tips

 Here are a few tips to ensure smooth operation of the Ad sense Mam bot integration into Joomla and Mambo sites.

The mambot will be displayed everywhere on the site if set to auto (recommended). That is the best way to have ad-sense on all your content items.

Since the mambot is encrypted right in the content relevant ads are sure to be served.

However, you might want to exclude some content items from displaying adsense adds.

In order to do so, you must make sure that the items belong to a section since Adsense Mambot can only block whole sections, not categories and content items by themselves.

So to fully control where the Adsense Mambot will appear on your site it is important to follow these steps:

1. Create a section

2. Create a category

3. Create your content item

4. Get the ID of the section

5. Go to Mambots, click on Adsense Mambot, go to "AutoAd exclude sections" and add the section ID in there.

6. Go look at your content item and the adsense adds should be gone.

PS. It is not possible to exclude the adsense mambot from:

- Static content items
- Categories
- Dynamic content items
