Do you offer any guarantees?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a 100% full refund policy as we are offering a service. However, before starting the project you will already know what product you will get.

So unless there is some miscommunication or misunderstanding before project strart there is no reason why you should seek a refund at project completion.

Nevertheless, in the event that something did go wrong, we will make every possible effort to deliver exactly what you ordered and to your complete satisfaction.
