 How to solve the Mos JCE and WSYWIG un-editable intro text box

Sometimes, some editors in Joomla and Mambo won't let you input text in the intro text box for some reason.

Usually happens after a fresh install, manual or with Fantastico

Solution

 When log gin in to the administrator window to access the back end,  punch in the domain name this way:

http://www.xuzo.com instead of http://xuzo.com

The lack of a www. creates the error
