Here is a brief list of common questions we often get from our clients. Of course they are not meant to be a substitute to our great customer service via phone, email or live chat but they can sometimes provide you with a quick response to your question. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any question, inquiry or feedback.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes we do. We offer a free 30 minutes phone consultation or we can arrange to have a consultant visit your office in person for a nominal fee. We also offer a free consultation if you come to our office.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes we do, we offer 20% cash commissions on referrals ($100+). The same commission applies to most services we offer, some of them can even earn you some monthly residual constant and stable income. Click here for details.

What are you hours of operation?

We are open 24/7 via phone, email or live chat. Please note however that operators or technicians might not always be available live. Email tickets get answered in less than 3 hours on average.

Can you guarantee me top placement on Google?

Unfortunately we can't and nobody can either in reality no matter what kind of promises they might make you. We can however take every safe white hat step to significantly increase your chances of ranking high on major search engines.

A lot of it will depend on the quantity and quality of content you provide us with. The more the better and the higher the quality of the text the higher rankings you will get. We simply organize and optimize your web site's content to make more attractive to search engines. Although we can't guarantee results, most of our campaigns are highly successful.

Can you set up e-commerce?

We certainly can. We can set up a full e-commerce solution complete with credit card processing and shopping cart allowing you to accept every major credit cards both online AND offline.

Do you offer any discounts or have any promotional offers?

Most web sites are set at a fixed package rate. However in some cases, if the client is willing to compromise on standard customization and standard options, a reduced rate can be negotiated.

From time to time we also hold promotional campaigns, we also offer a %20 finders fee if you refer a new client to us, please contact us for details.

What software do you use to make the sites?

We use a multitude of software applications and tools to build the sites from start to finish. All the scripting and data entry work is done manually.

Do you offer after sales service?

We certainly do! Anything that goes wrong with your site is guaranteed for 3 years. Any script that stops functioning will be trouble shot and fixed at no extra charge. Extra custom work, upgrades and ad dons can also be ordered at any time. We stand 100% behind our product and services.

Do you offer any guarantees for websites?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a 100% full refund policy on web site design services since labour is non returnable and therefore non refundable. However, before starting the project you will already know exactly what product you will get and we make sure to come to a clear agreement with you so will be no surprises or missunderstandings.

Unless there is some miscommunication or misunderstanding before project start there is no reason why you would seek a refund at project completion.

Nevertheless, in the event that something did go wrong, we will make every possible effort to deliver exactly what you ordered and to your complete satisfaction.

How do I pay and When?

We accept every major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discovery, JCB - Pay pal, Ikobo - Certified checks and even personal checks*. Direct bank transfer is also available. We usually ask for a 50% upfront deposit at project start and collect the balance on project completion.

*Release of site to client when the funds clear the account.

How long will it take to make my site?

Most sites can be completed and online in less than 7 days. The more the client is available for dialogue and open for communication with the designer, the faster the project will get completed.

If the site is very simple in design and functionality, it might be possible in some cases to have it done in 48 hours.
